A colorful celebration at Oneonta
I’m pretty happy anytime I get to design with cheerful, local blooms. And lucky for me, Jessica and Bryan’s wedding at The Inn at Oneonta was full of them. Local dahlias, lisianthus, and Japanese anemones filled the bouquets and centerpieces.
For color, we applied a transitional palette; a softer pastel look for the personal flowers - soft blushes, blues, ivory, and peach. And then for the reception, we had a lot of fun pulling in brighter orange, color, and hot pink tones. The brighter colors in the centerpieces popped in the white tent. I am also pretty obsessed with the sweet doggie figurines on the wedding cake. The day was full of so many great details.
Jessica was such a joy to work with, and I was so glad to see the pure happiness capture on her face in the photos from Amanda Donaho.
